Barbara Gonzalez-McIntosh is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Board Secretary of the National Wildlife Federation, NWF Endowment and the NWF Action Fund.  At NWF she oversees the Office of the General Counsel, Human Resources, and Facilities departments.  Previously, Barbara has worked as corporate, tax-exempt law counsel at influential non-profits such as the League of Conservation Voters and the Pew Charitable Trusts.  Her work has included domestic and international corporate issues, as well as organizational efforts related to tax-exempt law, governance, campaign finance, 501(c)(3)/501(c)(4)/Federal PAC/State PAC related-entity issues, government lobbying and ethics, fundraising, mergers and program acquisitions, and organizational risk assessment functions.  Barbara is a member of Rachel’s Network and has been on the boards of Futurewise (previously, 1000 Friends of Washington) and the King County Bar Foundation, as well as a member of the Washington Women’s Foundation.  She is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and holds a Certificate in International Law.
