Lisa Nash serves as a Dorot legal fellow at Alliance for Justice where she works on issues related to judicial nominations, the Supreme Court, and access to justice. Prior to joining AFJ, Lisa served as a staff law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College, where she received her B.A. in Politics. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). At Berkeley, Lisa served as a publishing editor for the California Law Review and as an executive articles editor for the Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. She also worked as an extern for the Honorable Richard Seeborg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, interned with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission Chicago District Office, and was a summer associate at Jenner & Block. Lisa is licensed by the Illinois State Bar.
