Lindsay Ryder

Legal Associate

Lindsay Ryder is a Legal Associate in the Alliance for Justice’s West Coast Office.  She works with AFJ’s Advocacy Programs to monitor legislation and develop resources to assist nonprofits in their advocacy work.  Lindsay manages the Advocacy Program’s State Law Resources, a series of guides on states’ Campaign Finance and Ballot Measure, Lobbying, and Voter Registration laws, as well as contributes to the development, research and drafting of a variety of resources, including factsheets, publications, and blog posts.

Lindsay holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Psychology from New York University.  During law school, Lindsay interned with a number of nonprofit organizations, including the National Coalition Against Censorship, the ACLU Women’s Rights Project, ARTICLE 19, Innocence Project, and South Brooklyn Legal Services.
