Much Ado about Millionaires

No need to worry. Thanks to Justice Alito and his conservative colleagues, the rights of millionaires are safe from any infringement by Congress. And you certainly don't need to worry about Congress trying to help more people be heard in the political process.
That's the result of last week's 5-4 decision in Davis v. Federal Election Commission, authored by Justice Alito, in which the Court struck down, on First Amendment grounds, the so-called "Millionaire's Amendment" from the Bi-partisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, also known as the McCain-Feingold Act.
