G. Steven Agee

U.S. Court of Appeals - Fourth Circuit

On March 13, 2008, President Bush nominated G. Steven Agee to serve as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Justice Agee has served as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia since 2003 and was previously a judge on the Court of Appeals of Virginia.  Before being appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2000, Justice Agee spent over twenty years in private practice and was also a delegate in the Virginia General Assembly for twelve years.
