United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit

Gerard Lynch is nominated to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He is currently a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Judge Lynch also hold an endowed chair at Columbia Law School.
