Judicial Selection Snapshot

AFJ tracks the nominations made by the Obama administration and the status of each nominee in the Senate confirmation process.  The data is updated regularly as nominees are announced or move through the confirmation process.   


The following data includes two types of information: 1) statistics on federal court vacancies and President Obama's judicial nominees, and 2) charts on the pace of judicial nominations, the pace of judicial confirmations, and the percentage of nominees confirmed.
