On June 25, 2008, President Bush nominated Michael O’Neill to the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Michael O’Neill served as chief counsel to then-Judiciary Committee Chairman Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) and is currently a professor at George Mason University Law School.
