Alliance for Justice urges the Senate to pass the Fair Pay Restoration Act to re-establish critical civil rights protections for American workers lost as a result of the Supreme Court's recent controversial decision in Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber. It is crucial that the Senate pass this legislation before more Americans are harmed by the race and sex discrimination ignored by the Supreme Court's narrow reading of Title VII in Ledbetter.
