With decision after decision coming down on the side of the wealthy and the powerful, the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts has proven itself willing and eager to twist the law to favor powerful special interests over everyday Americans.

The 1% Court's decisions speak for themselves:

  • AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion: A company can use fine print to immunize itself from class-action lawsuits, even in cases where the company knowingly defrauds its customers.
  • PLIVA v. Mensing: Victims of pharmaceutical side-effects cannot sue under state law when generic drug manufacturers fail to warn consumers of risks.
  • Wal-Mart v. Dukes: Female employees of a mega-corporation were systematically discriminated against, but cannot join together and go to court to stand up for their rights.

Join the movement.

AFJ analyzes current and upcoming cases, as well as historical trends. We sound the alarm against the 1% Court, and we mobilize everyday Americans to speak out and demand justice for all Americans... not just the wealthy and powerful.
