Is my gift tax deductible?
Alliance for Justice is classified as a 501(c)(3) organization, and therefore a gift made to Alliance for Justice is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. 

A gift made to Alliance for Justice Action Campaign (AFJAC) is not tax deductible.

What if I want to make a contribution in support lobbying and other types of advocacy?
Alliance for Justice Action Campaign (AFJAC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(4) organization affiliated with Alliance for Justice.  Donations to AFJAC will support lobbying and advocacy for a fair and independent judiciary, common-sense gun laws, and reasonable and efficient nonprofit tax and election laws. Gifts to AFJAC will support primarily lobbying and other types of advocacy and are NOT tax deductible.  

My employer provides a match for my gift.  How do I make sure my employer matches my gift?
Once you notify your employer of your contribution, your employer should send us a form indicating that you made a gift.  Please also let us know that your employer has a gift-matching program, either by indicating it on your gift or by contacting the Development Department, and we will follow-up with your employer.

What is Alliance for Justice's CFC number?
AFJ's Combined Federal Campaign number is 11557.
