The Los Angeles Times reports that a Washington, DC federal court has ruled that commercial ads for the documentary Hillary: The Movie, constitute as "electioneering communications." The article goes on to note that the opinion of the three-judge panel was that the ad did not address legislative issues and was created simply "to inform the electorate that Sen. Clinton is unfit for office, that the United States would be a dangerous place in a President Hillary Clinton world, and that viewers should vote against her."
