The Community Organizing Action Pack provides a variety of introductory resources for people contemplating engaging in organizing work. These resources include a brief introduction to the evaluation process.
The Action Pack suggests various questions designed to help organizers evaluate their activities in the midst of an organizing campaign to keep on track, as well as after the campaign ends to measure impact. Examples include "Is the campaign making a difference? How?" and "What factors are the most important in achieving the goals of the campaign?"
Groups may find these evaluation questions a useful place to begin thinking about how to evaluate their organizing work. |
