Andre Davis - CONFIRMED

United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Andre Davis is nominated to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He is currently a judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  Judge Davis was nominated to this seat previously by President Bill Clinton, but the Republican-controlled Senate failed to act on his nomination.
