Let’s talk about the planet.

The way we treat it affects the water we drink, the air we breathe, the health of our communities and the stability of our climate, for generations to come.

Big polluters want to continue dumping toxic pollution and dangerous greenhouse gases into our air and water. And our Supreme Court has a big say in whether we can set standards limiting them at all.

That means the future of the Court could determine the future of our planet.

Right now we’re at a crossroads. The death of Antonin Scalia has left a vacancy on the Court, and that’s just the beginning. There are three more justices who will be in their 80s during the next administration. The math here is simple: whomever those four new justices are will determine what the Constitution means for the rest of your life.
