Right now we have a Supreme Court that has ruled in favor of the wealthy and powerful over the rights of everyday people. The Court has cracked down on workers’ rights to organize, let big companies crush consumers, and let special interests dominate our elections.

Right now we’re at a crossroads. The death of Antonin Scalia has left a vacancy on the Court, and that’s just the beginning. There are three more justices who will be in their 80s during the next administration. The math here is simple: whomever those four new justices are will determine what the Constitution means for the rest of your life.
