WASHINGTON, D.C., APRIL 29, 2014 – Alliance for Justice President Nan Aron issued the following statement today in response to the Supreme Court decision in Environmental Protection Agency v. EME Homer City Generation:

 We can all breathe a little easier now that the Supreme Court declined to substitute its own judgment for that of the experts at EPA.  Pollution does not respect state borders. The decision reaffirms the responsibility of states to be good neighbors.
