Alliance for Justice weighs in on critical access to justice issues by joining our partners in letters to Congress, federal agencies and administrators, and submitting public comments on proposed rules and regulations.
Urging the Appropriations Committees to reject all legislation to weaken the powers, structure, or funding of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and more specifically any proposals that would limit the authority of the CFPB to take action on the use of forced arbitration in consumer financial contracts.
