USA Today: Courts are key to all Biden and Democrats want to do. Don’t lose focus on them.

To build a judiciary that will deliver equal justice for all, Democrats must incorporate the prioritization of judges across agendas and strategy. We must insert judges into every conversation on issues at the local and national level, and we cannot shy away from recommending the best nominees possible. We cannot settle for “this is the best we can do” moderates, and we cannot be a house divided. Democrats must work together to find and confirm the best judges who are committed to safeguarding the rights of the American people and equal justice for all.
