Rakim Brooks, SCOTUS expert, and the president of the Alliance for Justice (AFJ), joined Charles to discuss the impact of the 303 Creative case before the Supreme Court today.

Rakim Brooks: We have to focus more on the Supreme Court, more on judges, and more on our federal judiciary at large and state courts, because at every instance, these are the people who protect our rights. There are no rights without judges, and so when you have bad judges, you end up losing your rights. Right now, we’ve got a slew of bad judges making decisions for us.
