Albert Lang, Director of Communications for the Alliance for Justice, oversees strategy, planning, and execution for communication activities, campaigns, and initiatives and leads media relations efforts. Prior to joining AFJ, Albert was Director of Communications and Marketing at Well Being Trust and, before that, Acting Director of Strategic Communications for Trust for America’s Health. Before TFAH, Albert was a senior account executive at e-Luminate Group, where he also served as the Public Relations Director for the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. Previously, Albert was a senior communications associate at Public Education Network and the media and program manager at CommunicationWorks, a public affairs firm. Albert attended Colgate University where he received a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing—and minor in Philosophy. Albert lives in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C. with his wife, dog and two cats—who all get along quite well. He is an avid runner and a big fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Washington Spirit, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Nationals.
