Nona earned her law degree from Georgetown and bachelors’ degrees in International Relations and French from the University of Southern California. She is on the board of Strategic Actions for a Just Economy, a member of the LA Council on Immigrant Inclusion, and served on the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board for over a decade. She has also taught Public Policy and Law at the University of Southern California. She lives with her spouse, two children, and two dogs in Los Angeles, and can often be found cheering on Angel City Football Club, brewing another pot of coffee, or on the dance floor.
